The accommodation is non-smoking. The hosts are absolutely amazing and kind, they picked up our luggage at the station and we went on our way to sightsee. They drove us to the station in the morning. The house is about 20 min walk from the station, easy to find. The house has everything you might need and I mean it, the hosts even left us some ramen, water, snacks. On the morning we left the lady brough us amazing breakfast and coffee. There is everything you might need to do laundry. Just a great place to stay, wish we stayed here longer.

Comfortable matresses and nice curtains for privacy. The amenities were great too, a good washing machine and squeaky clean kitchen and bathroom. The place is been renovated a few years ago but still looks great. The part I loved most is the contact with Chris the owner, who is very nice to talk to and give tips about the region. Thanks a lot !

Place was in a good location, with konbini jus across the street, and walkin distance to matsumoto station. Place was overall clean and spacious

Wadano Gateway made my stay in Hakuba the best part of my whole Japan trip. The apartment room is sooo spacious and it is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The free bike rental is great for getting around the beautiful village. I'll be staying here again!

Hakuba Train Station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Peter’s service was above and beyond at all times, not inly he picked us up from the station but he offered to drive us to the resort when taxis were not available (which in Hakuba is almost always…). One of the best hosts I ever had no doubt.
