Amazing apartment, central to San Marco, 2 min walk from the square or 4 min walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and it has amazing climate control all throughout the rooms. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious and the living room with kitchen has all amenities you need to make breakfast during times when nothing is yet open in Venice. The apartment is much better value for those who value space and location over the hotel, where the room would be much smaller for the money you would pay here. It completely exceeded our expectations, we would definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends who stay in Venice for 3-4 days. For longer stay I would suggest clarifying with hotel what is the policy for cleaning room, as we stayed for 4 days, and it was not that much of a bother to use same towels or use same bedsheets, but for longer stays it might cause discomfort, so it is best to have clarity with the apartment representative on how longer stays are managed, they are very responsive.

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. Great place to stay, highly recommend! Big apartment, very clean , nice view. Very calm you can relax.

Apartments at Cà dell'arte Suite are spacious, and feature exposed wood beams, a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, and air conditioning. WiFi is free. Great location with many restaurants, gelato shops, souvernie stores and just take maximum 10 minutes to most of famous visit tourist sites in town. Mark is a wonderful host, he supported us a lot regarding transportation service as well as offer a free tour visit Murano Island. Highly recommend for this apartment.
