Check-in process is easy: keys were in the locker, all instructions from the owner were clear. Supermarkets and cafes near the building are available. About 15 min on foot from the bus station.

It's spotlessly clean, run by very courteous hosts. The apartment is fitted with everything including a capsule coffee machine, chilled water in the fridge, a box with variety of tea bags, sparking water maker with brand syrups, premium snacks and so on. In short words, the hospitality is simply remarkable.
