Great place, very spacious, well equiped, with nice furniture. Very big and comfortable balcony with great view on the mountains. It was never hot in the appartment, though it was around 30 degree outside. Good quite location close to the city center and bus stop. Spar shop is nearby. Karin is very nice host. We liked the mountains hiking trails and via ferrata very much. Defenitely would recommend.

Great location, perfect for access to Ortisei but just set back enough to be private, close to main cable cars, restaurants, high level of finish, everything worked, great layout, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, great communal health club, underground parking very convenient. I arrived with my wife and two kids at the location and I was stunned to see the advantages of it's position, the cleanliness and the generous space of the apartment. At the location you have a private underground garage, ski room, fitness and wellness area. everything is smartly thought, access is done via NFC cards to both apartments and garage. the apartments are spacious and have everything a family needs, from good appliances to comfy beds and lots of storage space. From the location to the city center is a 5 minutes walking distance, however the position of the residence is in a quiet area. Ortisei is an amazing town and being able to take a walk on its streets in the evenings was a remarkable experience. Not to mention that from the property you can "ski to door", the slope where you can begin your ski day being the "neighbour". Overall we felt exactly like home. I would definitely recommend to ANYONE, no matter if you travel alone, with friends or with family. We personally considered to come again some day :) . The owner is so lovely. The house is cozy and clean. We have really great time there. Location is just 5min walk to city center and less than 15min to the key cable car stations. The room got everything we need, we also cook small meals.
