Extremely beautiful villa with amazing customer service. The check-in was very smooth & our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious & the friendly donkeys were so cute. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling &willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. We only had one night but it would make a great base for exploring Umbria, staying for a week or more.

The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and it is just a few steps away from the main train station of Perugia. This means that upon arrival by train check-in is as simple as it gets - basically just crossing the road and getting around the corner. Despite the closeness to this key traffic hub, from which the city centre can easily and quickly be reached by bus or minimetro, it is very calm; the traffic on the top floor of the high building is not noticeable. The host was very friendly and gracious and spared no effort to make my stay enjoyable. Just perfect! If back to Perugia, this is the place where I will want to stay!
