Location is amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful. The lift up is a great touch given we have many large suitcases. Our living room is so comfortable even for 4 people.

Set on the corner of Piazza Signoria and just a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, Relais Piazza Signoria is housed in a historical building and offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Difficult to imagine a better location in Florence, but beside this quite objective fact we were very satisfied by how well were were taken care of, starting with the car valet service, the reception at the hotel or the helpfulness regarding e.g. suggestions for restaurants. the hotel does not offer breakfast but for 14 EUR you get a voucher for the impressive buffet at the bargello restaurant just downstairs (believe me, it`s worth it, both for the quality of the food and the personnel)
