It was perfectly clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and everything you could need. But what was even MORE than perfect was the staff, particularly VASILY at check in! He is an amazingly aware and perceptive individual, and sensing the need at check in, he instantly took complete control of a situation to ensure my safety. He did this in an unbelievably discrete and professional manner yet with incredible strength and confidence, as well as genuine concern and caring. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with anyone in my life!!! He made me feel completely safe!!! Vasily's actions put this already perfect property off the charts! I cannot say enough!!!

We spent 3 nights at Casanova Bluelife in Trieste and overall had a great stay. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk from the train station and with a nice grocery store right at the bottom of the hill. The apartment itself is very modern and secure, with multiple keypad entry points and a front door that feels like opening a vault. The layout worked well for our group of 3 singles: two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and a third bedroom in a loft-style space upstairs with its own bathroom. Since the loft is open, it’s not 100% private, but it still feels separate. The loft level also features two terraces, one with a small hot tub (really only suited for 1–2 people at a time). On the main floor, the terrace has an outdoor dining table that was perfect for gathering, enjoying meals, and taking in the beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is minimally stocked with basic essentials, but note there is only an electric cooktop and microwave—no oven. We are big coffee drinkers and ended up buying a small coffee maker nearby (about €30), since the provided stovetop percolator was too small for us. There is also an electric kettle for hot water. Inside, the apartment is minimalist but comfortable, though there aren’t many indoor spaces to lounge together as a group aside from the outdoor dining area. The views, however, are incredible, and the location is very walkable (though do expect a short uphill climb from the station). Accessing the apartment can be a bit of a process, with several steps depending on whether you’re coming from the street or the parking garage, but once inside, it feels extremely secure. The host was responsive throughout, and we would definitely stay here again.

Set in the centre of Trieste, EVE Home Collection - City Center is a recently renovated accommodation, which offers soundproof rooms. It is located 2.2 km from Lanterna Beach and provides a lift. The apartment has family rooms. Spotless, clean apartment with lots of room at a fair price. Centrally located. 20 minute walk to the train station. Nice kitchen with refrigerator and very well designed bathroom

The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. We stayed here before our cruise. We took the short cut by going down multiple levels of stairs lugging around our bags. But saved us a lot of time getting to the Trieste cruise port. Otherwise , can take a taxi or walk the long way down windy, narrow streets. We walked to the waterfront at night when we got there, found few eating places. Much cheaper than if we would have stayed in Venice. Perfect for me, my husband and 2 adult children.
