Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. A very nice spacious 3 floors chalet with great private amenities such as sauna room and jacuzzi. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.

Great room with a lot of space & everything is brand new and well thought out! Breakfast was sufficient with everything we needed! Very friendly host, perfect area to store our expensive e-bike's & power to charge them with our chargers! Elevator to simplify getting stuff to the room & biking the next day! Directly located on one of the best trails in Livigno! We will return!!!

The host was incredibly accommodating, meeting us ahead of time to hand over the keys at our request, which was very convenient. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is brand new, and everything—from the furniture to the bed and linens—is of good quality. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from the balcony, as Trepalle sits even higher than Livigno city, offering stunning scenery. During our stay, we experienced heavy snowfall, and the property's caretaker went above and beyond, helping us put chains on our tires while ensuring the roads were constantly cleared for guests' convenience. We later learned that the house is managed by a wonderful couple, both of whom were extremely kind and helpful.

The location is about 10 minutes by car from Livigno, so having your own vehicle is ideal. Everything works flawlessly through self-service, and the communication with the host was excellent. A cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen, ski depot and excellent location (skibus stop was across the street, there were loads of shops and restaurants in the area). It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. The communication with the host was smooth and efficient, making check-in and any questions easy to handle. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The appartment is located near the skilift Topolino-Trepalle, which is reachable by ski bus, stopping around 150m from the accomodation, every hour. The views on the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. There is also room for skis and ski equipment in the garage. The owner is really friendly, she even gave us delicious home made cheese as a gift :)
