There was nothing to complain about. We were satisfied with everything. As we travelled during the low season, we paid a little (in comparison with July-August in Italy). Really friendly and nice owner. She is contacting in advance and caring very well. And also really surprised that she prepare for our wedding anniversary with nice gift. We are so impressed. 2. Apartment Super spacious and clean with air conditioners kitchen etc also washing machine we need and it was very useful for us. 3.location Since my family wants to be in a quiet area we chose this place and it was very good quiet resident area with very modern apartment with big balcony but only 10 to 15min walk to main attractions of matera old town and also many free parking places which was problem in other cities in Italy we visited. Also there are many restaurants nearby and also supermarket is 2min walking from apartment so convenient and we visited 2times for grocery. Highly recommend you want to visit Matera but more quiet area with good facilities.
