AC in every room, balcony, clean, just few minutes from the center and the beach, breakfast amazing. Personal very nice. Have almost nothing to complaint about. The only thing - the coffee machine in our room made the worst coffee I have ever drank. But there is a little coffee place just around the corner so we enjoyed our coffee there. That was for sure not something that would made the trip worse. Maybe just the only thing to upgrade for the future. Already booked the hotel for next vacay.

Everything is brand new Location: cannot be better. 3min from the beach and right on the pedestrian street (from 8pm onwards). But very quiet at night. 10min to city centre. Many restaurants and shops just outside Check in and check out at hotel maxim was quick and easy

Well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with washing machine, balcony. Pool open only in summer. Lidl Market 3 km away, restaurants nearby, ten minute walk to the Venice vaporetto port, free parking in front of the house.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Would reccomend.
