The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and room service for guests. The owner is so kind! He lent me a raincoat and even though it was past check-out time, he let me sleep in the bed.

I walked from the Inn to all the major tourist sites in Fort Kochi as well as loads of restaurants and cafes. I was traveling as a solo female and felt entirely safe at this property and its surroundings. The host, Shaan, was beyond helpful and available to assist before, during, and after my stay. Wifi was strong enough to stream tv shows. Breakfasts were excellent and prepared with variety daily. Rooms were clean, cool (great a/c!), and bug free.

We had a lovely stay at The Barracks. We were welcomed by Naresh, the host, on arrival and helped to the apartment with our luggage. The building and interiors are beautiful and we enjoyed watching life on the street from our balcony. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds (in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area). Naresh and his brother were available for assistance when needed but were not intrusive. The homemade breakfast was delivered to our apartment which was delicious. The building is in a good location and we could walk or travel by auto rickshaw very easily to the beach and historical sights of Fort Kochi. We were sad to leave and would like to visit again one day.

Great staff and common rooms. Meals are easy to come by as they have a cook and had an amazing view over the rice paddies (amazing sunsets). The staff is super helpful and will go out of their way to ensure the guests have a good time.

I arrived at Trivandrum airport at 3 am and I could go directly to the apartment by taxi and meet someone there that opened the apartment for me around 4 am, as I had asked before travelling, which allowed me to rest that night. Nawfal, the manager of the apartments, was super kind and helpful before arriving, answering all my questions, and during my stay, helping me in where to find a place to exchange money and a phone shop to buy and Indian sim card, and even took me on his motorbike to different places when I had problems to get what I needed and wait with me until I got it. Thank you again, Nawfal! The apartment is located on a very quiet street, and I really appreciated the silent atmosphere at night.
