Owner was welcoming and all facilities were as indicated. The beds were great, shower hot, kitchen and lounge area was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, short stroll to town/shops and close to park for run/walk and short drive to beach.

The breakfast was excellent and Paul's freshly roasted coffee was another added bonus. Perfect stopover from Dublin/Wicklow Mountains to Kilkenny. We also enjoyed a fish and chips dinner in the local restaurant and pint in the local pub in Bunclody.
