My husband, two teenage sons, and I stayed here for 2 nights on a short trip around the West Coast of Ireland. The house had everything needed and is in a great location-just a short walk into town. Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful with lots to do nearby. It was a lovely stay!

Both Mike and Rita are wonderful hosts. The cottage was very clean. It just felt like home. It had all the positive vibes. Location is the best 15 min walk to Lidl and city centre. Lovely cottage. Clean and very comfortable. I was looking for something to spend a nice and quiet weekend and that was the best choice. I had lovely walks at the beach with my dog, I had peace and quiet and beautiful cottage with a garden. I had the best weekend break ever!

There was three donkeys in the front garden to welcome us with big smiles. The fire was lit before we arrived which was one of the best things about the house and the welcome. Fresh scones for all guests along with a bottle of wine, apples to feed the donkeys and timeout chocolate bars in the fridge. Very homely and cosy house and the whole setting was just heart warming. Only 20 minutes to Rosaveel port which brings you out to the Aaron Islands. We went out there on the Sunday and had the best time on the bikes exploring. Great location and great hosts.
