The room and house were immaculate, very clean and comfortable. The garden is beautiful, they provided us coffee when we arrived, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Having access to the kitchen to have tea and coffee or other foods could be a bonus for some people. We rented a scooter for a great price from them to get around Ruteng and the surrounding area, as the homestay itself is quite far up the hill from the main part of town, but it's a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood.

A stovetop and minibar are also available, as well as a kettle. At the homestay, each unit has bed linen and towels. Amazing hosts and perfect experience! Hosts are extraordinary nice and friendly! They helped us a lot with laundry, dinners and recommendations what to visit in the area. They also speak english very well. The place is completly new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious. In the walking distance there is a traditional rice field and village. Overall great price for value!

All units have private entrance. At the apartment complex, the units include bed linen and towels. We stayed for 10 nights and it was a great place for our family of 5. We had the 3 bedrooms to ourselves with plenty of common space to stretch out. Rooms were brand new, very clean and well maintained. The large kitchen included everything we needed allowing us to self cater at times. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Laundry was very helpful as well. Definitely would come back!

The spacious villa with a terrace and mountain views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a toaster and a fridge, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. We all love our villa with private pool! Everything was exceptional starting from the staff, the nature and the Villa itself! The location is a bit far if you consider day trips to Labuan bajo and day trips to Komodo Island but totally worth it! I wished to stay one more day just to enjoy our villa and the surrounding village Mbeliling!

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. What a beautiful home - we loved waking up to the ocean and being able to cook our own meals. The kitchen is new and well-stocked. There are lots of lovely little sitting spots and the beds are really comfy. The beach out front is magnificent for rote - great for swimming and snorkelling. We’ll be back!

The villa is amazing with a wonderful sunset view. But most of all, the host (Laurent) is a wonderful person! He made us a delicious diner and afterward we had some drinks together. We forgot our camera (with our honeymoon photos) at the villa, which we noticed in Labuan Bajo an hour before our taxi would bring us to the airport. Laurent rushed to the hotel to give us our camera back on time. I'm so grateful! This shows the dedication he has to care for his guests. Thanks Laurent for everything 🙏

There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven, a toaster and a fridge. The property has an outdoor dining area. We had an amazing time staying with Laurent. The house is beautiful and very well decorated, with an incredible open view across the jungle especially the amazing sunsets. We could wake up to the sound of the birds singing in the morning and it's the perfect place to just rest and read in the middle of nature. Laurent made us some lovely food for lunch and dinner including an incredible fish soup and the pancakes for breakfast were exceptional! Nothing to complain about and we would definitely come back again. He said they will have WiFi later this year, but actually it's the perfect place to digital detox....just make sure you bring some books! He can arrange day trips to waterfalls etc., but we chose to just relax at the house. There are lots of comfy places to sit or lie around. Recommend to use Laurent's driver for transfer as the approach road is a little tricky but no issue for his driver (there are plans to pave the road ).

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and full-day security for guests. Pot of gold – 30 mins drive from Riung Modern clean room with ensuite, aircon and comfy bed. But the owners are the real gems. Maria is so kind and hospitable, and her meals are plentiful and delicious. We spent a day on the beach, and she arranged fresh coconut drinks for us – no charge.
