Also communication was great.

Urania is a hotel resort located near the beach. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen and a living room with a sofa, satellite TV and a telephone. Parking is also available.

Family Resort Urania consists of a central building featuring a reception area, beach bar, self-service restaurant and a holiday club. Around this, are arranged the bungalows and apartments. Resort Urania really surprised me in a good way. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was spacious enough for 4 people. The apartment’s equipment was unbeatable – the resort really thought of everything. The rooms were clean, and while cleaning was done on request, you could change the sheets yourself whenever needed (I don’t see that as a minus). Breakfast was very rich, with something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients was high, and the fruit selection was one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Dinner was the same story – very tasty food, a wide selection, grilled dishes on the terrace, and a large variety of desserts – and not just different puddings or jellies in cups like you often get in supposedly “higher-class” hotels. These were real baked cakes and pastries. Within the hotel grounds there’s a perfect children’s playground, big enough so it doesn’t get boring quickly, and our son really spent a lot of time there. You could reach the beach within a few minutes, it was really just a short walk. There was plenty of space on the beach, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Note – it’s a public beach, so umbrellas and sunbeds are only available for a fee, and the price was quite high (around 15 euros for a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella). There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

The apartment was squeaky clean, very modern, spacious, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were equipped with shampoos, conditioners, lotions basically anything you find in a hotel.

The 4-star apartment has city views and is 1.3 km from Bacvice Beach. The apartment features family rooms. Wonderful host Tihomir messaged us in advance to connect before our arrival to make sure we knew how to enter etc. then he messaged us the morning of our arrival to let us know our room would be ready early for check in. The room was beautifully and newly renovated. Very comfortable bed. Great shower head. Great location in old town. Really couldn’t ask for better value for money.
