First of all, I want to send a huge thanks to our host who did everything in their power to help us during our stay. Since Korčula Old Town has limited parking options, they organized everything for us and even helped with our luggage. The apartment is flawless — so clean and cozy. The location is 100% recommended by me: right in the buzzing center of the Old Town, surrounded by restaurants, and even a small local beach just below (which is rare in this part of Korčula, as it’s not really known for swimming due to the nearby ports). If you’re visiting Korčula, this accommodation is definitely a smart choice!

Mark was great, checking in to make sure all is good. Comfortable beds, great views of the water, swimming holes close by and nice surprises with delicious cakes. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Hosts were very gracious and even gave us a bottle of their homemade wine! Lovely new apartment overlooking the sea, fully equipped with all essential cooking items and included a jar of cookies. Below the apartment are 2 very good restaurants that are highly recommended.

The modernly furnished apartments of Kis Residence - Adults Only come with air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with a stove, and seating and dining areas. Each unit also comprises a private bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower, and also include a hair dryer. Great place from which to explore Korcula. Apartment was clean, bed very comfortable and view from the balcony amazing. Breakfasts were home cooked with local ingredients and we enjoyed them all. Helpful suggestions to explore the island and all staff really friendly. We tried all 3 local restaurants and all were great. Family run by former Aussies - what’s not to like!!

We were picked up from the ferry directly and taken to our stay where our host met us on site to show us the property. If you’re visiting Korcula and sharing accommodation, this is the place! Each couple had their own bedroom with their own private bathroom, lots of space and incredible views to sit on the deck and enjoy a drink. About a 10 min taxi ride into old town but very worth it to stay here.
