Hvar sea view appartment was our favourite place in our 5 day trip to Croatia - we loved everything about it even the climb up to the top ! Yes there are a lot of steps if you are coming from the town centre but they are inevitable if you want to enjoy a perfect view of the port from the little balcony. It was exceptionally clean and everything felt new - the bedding was so comfortable, it was quiet and we could not hear the buzz of the nightlife, the shower worked very well and there were beach towels provided which was so nice to have. Being high up means you are even closer to the fort so less of a hike than most would have to get to the ultimate point of view on the island. Our hosts were so kind and attentive and the communication was very smooth. We will definitely return.

The location is a bit of a distance from Old Town, but it was certainly accessible. In fact, the distance was nice for the quiet it provided given the lively action around the port. The view was stunning, and it was pleasant to look out and watch the waters while a welcoming breeze cooled us. The host spent a lot of time describing beach access and the pros and cons of each.
