Absolutely amazing!!! The room was so nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved all the outdoor balcony areas. Pool area was also wonderful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I could relax and enjoy Nikiti. Will definitely be staying here again if I return to Nikiti!

Everything we saw on the pictures here on Booking.com was accurate. There is free parking exactly 15 seconds (by foot) from the building where the suites are, so there should be no worries about parking. The owners Ilias and Gianis are very welcoming, thoughtful, friendly and nice people. They both speak english really really well and are almost all the time at your service in case you need anything, or to help with something. Upon arrival, when Ilias showed us to our room, he immediately brought us bottles of water, coffee for the coffee machine and some croissants which was very thoughtful. The room is spacious, with a comfortable king sized bed, a tv, fridge, induction stove top, microwave, cutlery, hair fan, basically the same things you have at home. Every room has its own balcony, even the ones on the ground floor. I highly reccomend these apartments. I would come back here.

Great location, quiet and walking distance to the city centre (boulevard and beach). Hotel looks fabulous, very clean and well maintained. Hotel owners are very nice and helpful. We even received a bottle of wine on our last night. It is a small detail that they do to enjoy your last night to all guests. We really loved our stay and will come back for sure.

Location is good, 10 min walk from Paradisos beach, 20 min from N. Marmaras beach, and few minutes from the promenade by the sea. At the end of August didn't have a problem finding parking spot, every day there was some available right in front of the studio. Every few days the room was cleaned, bed sheets and towels were changed. Host was kind, everything was as agreed, and the check-in/out procedure is simple.
