The best place where to stay in Santorini. Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. It’s a beautiful family-owned Villa. They were all so helpful and nice. They always had a smile on their face and their recommendations about what to do, when and where were the best. We had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely come back and stay a Roula Villa. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it is so close to Perissa beach.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, cozy and private. The location is within 5-7 minutes from the best beach on the island and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Stella, the host, was super kind and helpful, having our room ready before check in time and was always available for questions or recommendations. Lovely and clean hotel. And the view from the room was amazing, you can see the caldera and so much of the island! Hotel is well located, nice and quiet at night, but a short, beautiful walk to Fira (the capital) for buses etc. Antonis was so helpful and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, especially considering our flight was changed at short notice and Antonis made sure we aware and had everything we needed.

Beautifully spacious and clean you could almost forget to visit the island as part of your holiday. I stayed with my 2 girls & within 2.4secs on day 1 they were pool obsessed 🤣. The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.
