The lady at the reception is so kind and helpful- provided information and support always in a very polite manner. I suggest to anyone this place (sole traveler, couples and families) since they have different apartments for all needs. The Acropolis is only two stops with metro or I paid 9€ for the taxi.

At the aparthotel, all units include bed linen and towels. Room, staff and experience in general at the structure was absolutely perfect. It was a relaxing place in between our tours in Crete. Very clean and with great position to reach everything needed by feet. Would come back for sure if around. We even forgot a pair of pants and a girl from the staff offered to bring them to us in another city because she was moving towards there...very appreciated!!!
