Our 3-night stay at Incanto Suites - Neos Kosmos was absolutely perfect! Our arrival at the hotel, which was the day of the General Strike in all of Greece, caused somewhat of a problem when our transfer service brought us to the "wrong" Incanto Suites (there are 4, and our driver chose to leave us at the first one that appeared on his GPS, ignoring the address on the reservation!). No taxis were available to help us in the situation, as they were all striking. Communication with the Hotel brought us quick results. They were able to organize a pick-up for us from their own personnel to bring us to Neos Kosmos. Many thanks to Miltos, Stamatis, Donatos, and the entire team. The suites are beautiful - and even better than they appear in the photos online. Everything is provided that is necessary...and more. The cleanliness is excellent, and fresh towels etc. are brought every day. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. The area of the Suites in Neos Kosmos worked perfectly for us. As the hotel is located in a side-street, the traffic on the main road was not at all audible. The Metro (#2) is just a short walk from the hotel, and brings you to Syntagma in a very few minutes. We were extremely happy with our stay - so much so that we returned for another stay two weeks later, following the end of our cruise.
