This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was super clean and felt new. It was a 10–15 minute walk from the places we wanted to see. Graham was kind and helpful. The bedroom wasn’t as noisy as mentioned in some comments, but since it’s on a busy road, light sleepers might prefer the other bedroom, which is quiet.

The pictures with the listing do not do it justice and that’s saying something given how lovely the pictures are! Fantastic space, ample room for off road parking, felt very safe and secure. Everything was immaculately clean, warm, beds were so comfy, clearly fresh bedding and such a subtle scent of lavender in the rooms and in the kitchen bin! Not over powering at all, the perfect little subtle touch. Will be back again for sure!!!!

Thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, exceptionally well equipped (especially the kitchen, but also the air conditioning, iron, adapters), and perfectly clean. Quiet location, excellent parking space. Self check-in was absolutely effortless, and we received well-prepared arrival instructions well in advance.
