Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Cosy room at the edge of New Forest, in Langley, a property with a garden, is situated in Exbury, 26 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal, 39 km from Ageas Bowl, as well as 47 km from Salisbury Cathedral. With free private parking, the property is 8.6 km from Beaulieu and 24 km from The Mayflower Theatre. The property is non-smoking and is located 25 km from Southampton Guildhall.

Very peaceful with lovely views over the garden and field with horses in. Great attention to detail, we appreciated the bottle of milk left in the fridge too. Great location with the bus stop only a 5 minute walk and the train station just a 10 minute walk. Enjoyed a wonderful meal locally which was just over a mile away. We liked it so much, we intend to go back next year

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The most perfect accommodation we've been to for many years. Spacious and comfortable, extremely well kitted out. The things that usually get to me where all well thought through: mirrors and bins in every room, knives that are actually sharp enough, coasters and night lights etc. Adam was great with the single request we had, and the location is of course, perfect for walks and enjoying quaint little new forest village shops. Good quality food in the village. We are thinking to book again for next year!

The property is fabulous and has everything you need, very cozy and perfect location in the New Forest, few minutes drive from Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. Amazing breakfast included and fabulous hosts. Very peaceful property, in walking distance to the the new forest, very quirt location, with outside area that is very sunny during the day and at night lit with pretty lights. Very clean comfortable beds.

As advertised, the house is located in a serene countryside, surrounded by farms, there was ample car parking available, responses from the host were prompt, instructions regarding the location, access to keys, heating system, wi-fi were clear. The house itself was spacious, bright, very clean, all amenities as advertised were made available. It had a spacious conservatory where we spent long time chatting and enjoying the beautiful views. Kids had ample space to play, watch tele, chat including a back huge garden for sports. overall it was a very enjoyable experience, away from the noise of city life and would highly recommend for a group of family /friends looking for quality break
