Ty Madog Eryri Snowdonia in Cwm-y-glo provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Excellent update of an old cottage with all modern appliances. Wood burner for those chilly evenings.

Very comfortable and clean with everything you could need available. Very comfy sleep and lovely and warm. Beautiful Welsh cakes were left for us also. Situated right in the town with no need to drive anywhere and really close access to the beach, great to have the free parking pass for the car park too (Thank you) Trevor the host is very helpful and keeps you informed about everything. Can't wait for our next visit and definitely recommend!

Great communication with the host who let us check in early.really good location to walk up Snowdon and right in the centre of the high street with pubs, shops,takeaways and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk.

The property was also well stocked in the kitchen which made it easy to cook a meal (despite the small size of the kitchen).

What a lovely place. From the moment you walk in you feel you have made the right choice. We have watched this hotel/bar being built and it doesn't disappoint. The room was so comfortable with everything you need. Bed was comfy. Bathroom amazing. Breakfast was good, get rid of the sourdough toast though. If you haven't got your own teeth your not eating that!!!! We stayed 2 nights and it was so comfortable. Easy check in and out. Right in the middle of Barmouth. Close secure car park included in the price as well. Loved it all......

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. A great, true 5 star stay in all aspects. Very well set up and very much as advertised. Super clean too. Glenda was also a very helpful host; all communication done efficiently via the Booking.com website messages, etc. The stay was modern, spacious overall with a very practical full kitchen and a superb (ie well designed) bathroom. The large and thick and super soft bath towels were an extra treat too. Parking was easiest out on the street; though there is a small space behind the actual terrace house / off the rear lane. Lots of locals parking on the suburban street too; but we managed a close by park each time over our 3 night stay. A quiet location but only a 1-2 minute walk to the town’s main street and 1 minute further walk to the large Tesco. Porthmadog is a great base for an extended stay in this part of Wales. This was the best apartment stay of our 6 weeks of touring Wales and the south of England.
