I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. Room was perfect size and accommodated our group of 5 adults well. Loved that there were two bathrooms. Also nice to have the kitchenette. Definitely would look to stay here again on our next visit and will recommend to any family/friends traveling to Nice!

Fantastic stay with fantastic hosts! We liked the quiet location not far from the train station. We walked pretty much everywhere, but the tram was available to take you down to the promenade. Staff was so helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and lovely.

The room was super spacious and fits 3 people comfortably. Kitchen is very well equipped and we had a room with shower and toilet separate which was great for our family. Parking is safe and big. We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely come back!
