The staff were AMAZING! They were ready to show us the space right away and were flexible with check in. The staff were SO FRIENDLY! Very helpful and stored our bags for us after check out. The location was fantastic and close to the train and everything else. Highly recommend.

It is a super apartment close to all amenities, and a short walk from Nice old port. The apartment itself is newly renovated, the beds are very comfy and everything is modern and clean. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay in Nice (there were 4 of us staying, myself, partner and parents) and was very comfortable. The Nice Riquier train station is 2 minutes walk away and we were able to easily travel to and from the airport, as well as a few day trips to Monaco, and Villefranche. There are many Boulangeries nearby which we used everyday. The host Marion was super! and helped us with all our questions and was able to advise of specific details for our stay. We had an Amazing Stay, and will definitely like to stay again in apartment le Francis next time we are in Nice.
