A very comfortable, peaceful and cozy house, very well equipped, warm. Big parkingplace and garden. House is old but renovated with new kitchen and bathroom (new dischwasher, washing machine etc.) Very clean with nice smell. Comfortable beds. Somebody with movement disability can function in this house easily. A place for old and young. A lot of space to play for children.

I was in Caen to visit my son who lives in a very small apartment. The location was perfect. I was close to him, and we were in walking distance to everything. The staff was wonderful and put up with my extremely limited French. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice kitchen area. It was quiet at night. I felt safe and secure as a solo female traveler. I would absolutely stay there again.

Sandrine & David’s place has everything we needed, to the finest details, and it is located at an excellent location- 5 minute walk from city center, yet in a very quiet area. The room is cozy but very well divided, breakfast was amazing (!) and the bed was comfy :) David and Sandrine were very attentive and responsive, giving well organized recommendations and warm hospitality. Thanks David, for making sure our stay is perfect ♥️
