We really loved the location. It is definitely not in the heart of all of the touristy sights but that’s what we loved. It was very quiet and away from all of the hubbub. We used the Valenbisi app and biked all over town (there’s a station steps away from the apartments). Just a quick little bike ride gets you to the beautiful Turia Park which can take to all the sights you want to see. And afterwards we got to hang out in our neighborhood with the locals. It was really the best of both worlds. Plus there’s a grocery store, bakery, fruit stand, laundry mat, and coffee shop all within walking distance. We had a rental car that sat in the garage the whole time because we never needed it ( the parking garage is clean and easy to navigate after a bit of a steep entrance). Also, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances but no spices or oils. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Great pressure. Would stay again for sure.

We got there and we were immediately welcomed by staff, thank you alessia and roger for being so attentive! (The extra hangers were very helpful gracias roger!) Definitely in a very central location close to many restaurants and great cafes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and the washer is just fantastic!

If you want to get the best of Alicante without using a car, then this is your place. I was also very much surprised to find there is a guest room at level -1 where you could stay for a couple of hours if you arrive earlier. You could also leave your large cases in lockers. We were deeply impressed by Spain and by Bguest apartment.
