The pool was warm and clean, we liked it. Unfortunately, the sun doesn't stay too long here because of the location. There is free parking, but it is difficult to find a place in the upper area of ​​the hotel. Friendly staff 🙂

This property is amazing: we were there for a week surfing with the family and the property is one block from the best surf break. All the surf shops are within a few blocks and there’s tons of restaurants and convenience stores. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment which had a balcony: perfect for relaxing or simply hanging your beach stuff out to dry. The apartment is brand new and has all the bells and whistles: washer/dryer, full kitchen. They give you 2 towels each which is plenty since you can wash them yourself as needed. The price/value simply is amazing. We had a slight hick-up with the code when we first entered the apartment but somebody picked up the phone right away and fixed it remotely. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. We’ll be back.

The property is situated 700 metres from Las Alcaravaneras, 2.9 km from Parque de Santa Catalina and less than 1 km from Parque Romano. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property. The place is new so everything was perfect.
