It is a ground floor annex to the adjacent house. Access at the very bottom of the cul de sac. Very useful to have both dishwasher and washing machine. Nice decking area at the front where you can sit and hang washing. I struggled initially to find the key safe box because I was looking by the main house. The host was very responsive and gave further guidance (in French). Good WiFi.

Nice studio, ground floor in a quit street, with all facilities you might need during your stay. Washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. Close to the lively city center with tons of taberna’s and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the 2,5 km long beach with boulevard and nice terraces with ocean view. Big supermarket at 200m. Owner provided us with a parking pass for free street parking.

First of all, I would purchase this apartment and move to San Sebastian if I could. The apartment was recently renovated with the nicest bathrooms we experienced during our time in Spain. The water pressure was excellent and water was very hot. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm. The apartment is in the heart of San Sebastian but in more of the shopping district versus where the pintxo bars are located so it was perfectly quiet at night. There is a small lift for your luggage which is also a great touch, otherwise the unit is a simple one story walk up. Our host could not have been kinder (Alona). She provided us with waters, wine, beer, fresh pastries and not only nespresso but also fresh milk and a frother to make a proper latte. The apartment also had a hair dryer and full length mirror which was so helpful. The back patio of this apartment is so charming - I wish we had more time in San Sebastian to enjoy it. San Sebastian is an incredibly special town - I hope to be back soon!

Each room also came with large beach towls for sunbathing which was a nice touch.
