Also extremely fast response time, I had a query on my booking involving breakfast which was sorted immediately. Really like the breakfast offer & arrangements, despite having to take a short walk to the cafe offering the free breakfast, the fact that you can order a fresh meal rather than the usual hotel buffet style where food is sitting out or being picked over by people really a bonus to me. Everything was comfy, clean & cosy. Also very quiet. Good location to the city. Most of all we LOVED the opportunity to take some instant photo snaps with the camera, so much fun!! Only wish we had noticed before we left so we could have done some more, also the free tote bag, stickers & postcards along with the photo shoot opportunity really are those little touches which make a place outstanding. Thank you, we will be back! Also great value for money for what you get in return.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed, including kitchen equipment and a washing machine. It takes only one bus to the airport. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The apartments are modernly furnished and quiet. Each features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a fridge and tea and coffee maker. There is a large bathroom with a hairdryer. This was is very spacious, well-decorated, atmospheric, comfortable apartment in an excellent central location in the lower old town. The stairwell is a little second hand but the apartment more than makes up for it. The beds, linen etc. were very good and the kitchen was well kitted out. It was warm and quiet. The hosts let us know the apartment was available from about 10am so we could go straight there, picking up the key from a lock box on the way.
