We had never been in a Tiny House before and fell in love with it. The kids could play in front of the house, at the playground, or at the beach, which was fantastic. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip to Denmark. We highly recommend visiting this location. The surrounding areas and beaches are well worth exploring.

Located 1 km from Badeanstalten Beach, Gem Suites Holiday Apartments offers 4-star accommodation in Augustenborg and features a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Located around 50 km from Maritime Museum Flensburg, the hotel is also 46 km away from Industriemuseum Kupfermühle. The hotel has family rooms. The apartment is located on a lovely property with a big lawn and lots of greenery. There is a small supermarket and some other small businesses nearby and also a cafe/bar/restaurant right on the property, though we didn’t have time to try the food there this time. Staff was super friendly and highly responsive. I forgot my bag in the apartment and realized this after checking out, but they came to unlock the door for me right away. The bed in the Amethyst Suite is incredibly comfortable - we wish we could have taken it with us! Everything was clean and tidy and just as described/shown in the pictures. We also loved that it’s a dog friendly property (dogs are 250 DKK) . The surrounding area is quiet and great for walking your dog. Overall we were super happy with the place and would like to return someday.
