The space itself was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and every corner of the apartment was well maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the neatly stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, and fresh towels that made it feel more like a home than a rental.The location was perfect—quiet but close to public transport and shops. Overall, staying at this place was an absolute pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I’m in town. Special thanks to Mr. Paul. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was very well equipped and we asked for early check-in and late check-out and these were granted, we also asked for a fan as it was an extremely hot weekend and a brand new fan was waiting for us in the apartment. Everything was there that we needed even washing powder and dishwashing tablets. The unit is a relatively quick walk from the Koblenz Hbf where you will find many buses that will take you to the Altstadt and DE Eck.

The apartment was superb and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the town with a selection of excellent restaurants and a great place to explore Ahr Valley a bit further (we did a walk through the local vineyards for example).
