Excellent standard of accommodation, better than I expected. There was a well stocked kitchen and spacing living room with access to a garden. Excellent views. No noise so we were able to rest well. There was somewhere to park out bikes in a securely locked garage. The host was extremely kind and responsive to all questions. The cleanliness level was high, and bathroom was very modern and spacious. A baby bed was brought into our room which was perfectly suited to our child.

The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.
