Jan was very nice, with clear communication and guidance for the late check-in. Cozy breakfast setup was good, (home made jams :) ). Most important thing, bathroom and beds were very clean, and parking included in secured back yard of the building (very convenient). We checked in late and left early, so didn't have time to explore the neighborhood.
