The property is non-smoking and is located 700 metres from Přemysl Otakar II Square. Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, with modern furnishing, very quiet with very little noise being heard from the others apartments. We especially appreciated the spacious bath tub and the possibility of parking our car comfortably on the roof of the building. Also, there is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building, where you can comfortably buy groceries without going out. Very good value for the money in comparison with other accomodations; I keep coming back to here, whenever I am in the town!

Beautiful new clean and quiet apartment in nature. Very comfortable beds, spacious living room, well equipped kitchen. We stayed in the last double bedroom apartment close to the kids playground, as we came with a toddler. There is also large locker for bikes available, BBQ, sports equipment.
