The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We stayed at Charlie a total of 7 nights although our visit was broken up. The hosts went out of their way to assist us with a scheduling problem - they were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is just off the main square on the third floor of a historic building. The apartment is lovely, with a big, comfortable kitchen which lets onto a large terrace. It is clean and modern. We look forward to staying at Charlie again if we visit Cheb.

Fantastic super comf apartment at just round the corner from the beautiful central square in Cheb/Eger. Very welcoming freindly owners, who speak perfect German & English. Private free safe parking in the inner court. We booked the larger apartment on the last floor ( no lift, as it's a gothic authentic old palace), with private entrance, open kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, large modern bathroom with more than enough towels and a super good hairdryer, an upper romantic double bedroom, reachable by a wooden safe staircase. The owner prepared both the kitchen and the whole flat with her ❤️, she didn't forget even the smallest detail. In the kitchen there's everything, even coffee, salt, sugar. We've been welcomed by fresh coffee and homemade apple strudel!! The fridge is better than a minibar in a deluxe hotel: if you want, for a small price, you may use all the drinks available! Our dog's been most welcome, without extra charge. They love dogs as they have a lovely one themselves. And if you wish to get a massage or a sauna, they can also offer these services in a separate premise/shop in the basement. We would like to come back, it's been a special experience, also because the historical town of CHEB is a perfect jewel, with well-maintained houses and some very rich interesting museums.
