Excellent stay, the house is spacious and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). Large terrace. Location is nice in a beautiful village. It got a bit cold even in April but the heating works well and warmed the room up fast.

The place is large, furnished in modern style with everything you need: TV, air conditioning, big refridgerator, fireplace, dishes etc. Lovely terrace with a large table. The owner leaves some treats for his guests in the refridgerator.

Also with a 300 meter drive there is a Bakery that have many things that fit to a perfect breakfast. The sound of the river and the green was worth it. Sure i will come again

Costas knows how to do the old works - he can teach, he can learn and he is a histori book - that you talk forever. You have to know were you are going - in lazania village - there are no café shops, no malls - only 1 restaurant that not always open - the view from the balcony is outstanding, you can seet there and read, maditat, think and relax. Costas build all - alone with some help from his family. It is amazing to see and feel that a person doesn't need a lot in order to be really happy. The way to his village is steef - most of it is very Nero road and if its raining - you have to be very careful and drive slowly. Next to his village there is the amazing monetary - dont miss it! After the sun goes down - the darkness in the area is totally. It is like a dream because its you and nature - in the most romantic and quiet way... We had an amazing and important time in costas house - we will definitely come back because there aren't a lot of amazing places and pipoule like that in the world. From there you can visit some very nice villages and have great walks around.

Beautifully decorated apartment (201) with clean and modern facilities yet still having lots of lovely rural decorative ornamental pieces. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning in all rooms was a real bonus. Stunning shared pool area (for the 3 apartment) and we had it to ourselves for all of our stay. Views from the terrace and pool area have to be seen to be appreciated.
