Anael went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. I celebrated my birthday here. On arrival my room had been filled with balloons & I received a bottle of prosecco from reception to celebrate. ( on top of the normal welcome treats ) Anything that we needed was tended to straight away...ironing table, extra towels, anything at all. Nothing was too much to ask. Delicious restaurants just around the corner (Embles & Bono). The private pool and patio were fabulous & so unique & private. Great open air fitness area which is really well equipped. Lovely roof top pool with comfy sun loungers. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, fruit and biscuits available in reception all day. A really nice touch.
