The bed’s extremely comfortable, the shower has great pressure and everything is spotlessly clean. I wish I’d found this place sooner as I would happily spend a lot more time hear. The views take your breathe away. The night sounds are heavenly. There is a great breeze and the screens keep mosquitos away.

The welcome center staff were so helpful and gave us lots of ideas for our stay, there is a really handy book of activities in the studio to check out as well. It was very rainy and hazy when we were there so the volcano was covered but we did see part of it on the last day! beautiful either way. the distance from the studio to our activities in La Fortuna was not bad, about half an hour drive

Carole and Paul are excellent hosts with an amazing property! We had some difficulties traveling but they stayed up late to greet us and had special accommodations for us too. The breakfasts were fabulous! We lost power one morning but Carole and Paul still had hot coffee, hot water for tea, and a warm breakfast for all the guests. The rooms are as beautiful as the photos and are very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too.I especially loved watching all the birds and meeting other guests at breakfast. I highly recommend staying here! We will certainly stay again next time we are in Nuevo Arenal!

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. There are two markets and a gas station very close by for all your basic needs. Also there was a great bar and restaurant called moyas and a german bakery that was fantastic. House had just enough things to be able to cook for our family of 7. It's about a 45-60 min drive to arenal national park and la fortuna. Showers were hot and house had all our basic needs.

It was super clean and there were screens on all the windows, allowing us the choice to use the AC or enjoy the fresh air, bug free. The view to the water was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The small kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly. Next time we would stay longer and take the time to enjoy the pool.
