This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience I've had in Chengdu, primarily thanks to their outstanding customer service and luxurious facilities. From the moment I arrived in the city, the service was impeccable. They arranged for a seamless pickup, ensuring a stress-free start to my trip. The staff are just a call away and speak fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. A special thank you goes out to Mr. Dennis, who was exceptionally helpful, as were the other members of the team. Their willingness to assist with everything—including laundry services and providing every amenity needed in the room—truly sets this place apart. As a gesture of hospitality (and perhaps recognizing my Booking.com Level 3 Genius status), I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their smart penthouses. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, luxurious, and fully automated. Controlling the curtains and lights with smart switches felt incredibly futuristic and added a unique, upscale touch to the experience. The value for the price is excellent, and the level of comfort and service provided is unmatched. If you are visiting Chengdu and looking for top-tier accommodation with staff who genuinely care about your comfort, Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments is the only choice. A+ serviced apartment! The staff is attentive (they even accept packages!) and the space is a huge, bright loft that's perfect for families. With two halal restaurants right downstairs and spotless cleanliness, it's a fantastic find.

The facilities were excellent, but what stood out most was the warm and friendly staff. They were always quick to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We like the location. It’s away from the busy streets and nice and quiet, yet a Didi ride can get you to the nearest mall in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

There is a restaurant serving Chinese cuisine, and free private parking is available. The hotel I booked this time was a huge and pleasant surprise! The room was warm, elegantly decorated, and incredibly cozy. The moment I opened the window, I was greeted with a stunning panoramic view — absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

Left my stuff behind and XiaoLi at the reception kindly posted it to my next lodgings in a city away. The three bedroom suite is very spacious, modern and homely. Plenty of food options from early morning to late at night just under the doorsteps of the hotel. An hour train or 30-50mins uber (depending on traffic) into the the city centre. Good value for money regardless.
