Even though we arrived quite late, she waited for us, saved us a parking spot behind the building, and welcomed us with a big smile. She was exceptionally kind, explained what to see and do in the city, and even offered us a lift — such a lovely gesture! The apartment itself was wonderful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
