I can’t say enough about this property. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Maria at the front desk was the nicest person and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We were given an upgraded room simply because they had it available!! You get a free bottle of wine when dining in the restaurant in the hotel. The spa facilities were superb. Our room was amazing and our private patio too. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Exceeded all expectations. It was a great weekend. The owner of the apartments is incredibly friendly, personally met us. Gave a lot of useful recommendations (places to eat tasty and not expensive, SPA, interesting places). About apartments: The room is perfectly clean. And also there is everything you need (kitchenware, towels, bathrobes and much more). I definitely recommend. We will definitely visit again this place.

Everything one could need is in the apartment. The location is a few minutes walking from the main square of Bansko but in a residential quiet area - it does not get better!
