The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help. Even to pick you up for free if you're a fat lazy person (American/Brit) who won't go uphill for 10 minutes. Even the parking is great as it's hard to find one in such a crowded area.

Although the building is old but the apartments are fully renovated that you feel in another place. The decoration is modern. Building entrance and apartments opened by code. Location - very close to the old city center Cleaniness. The room was very clean and tidy. Excellent host - Adi was very responsive and helpful. Changed the towels when needed. Parking opposite to the building but relatively expensive. 50 KM for daily ticket. Consider that hot water heater enough for 2 people then you should wait untill heated again.
