Every aspect about a stay in Zoder Apartments has been carefully planned and prepared by the host, as this was likely the best experience we've ever had in an apartment. Our apartment was very well equipped: spacious bed, a cozy cot for the baby, kitchen including a normal size fridge, microwave, dishes, anything you need. Everything was clean and nice! The house itself was pretty quiet as we couldn't hear our neighbors, and the neighborhood was very quiet as well - even though the main rescue depot located just across the street. Grocery stores and a bakery nearby, also some fast food restaurants for those who arrive in the evening (the grocery shops close 8PM!). Stuwer (a fine restaurant) and Bliss (delightful cafe with tasty cakes) are in a walking distance. Just perfect location if you have some work to do in the Wirtschaftuniversitet area or want to visit Prater, but the town center is also pretty accessible using U2 line and the subway. For those who travel with a baby. When arriving with a stroller for the baby/toddler, you can use a locked room in the ground floor (see label 'Kinderwagen'). If you stay a bit longer and your baby uses diapers, you can access 'Müllraum' (also in the ground floor) to get rid of the stinky stuff. In the shower room, there was also a towel warmer, very useful to dry a few rinsed baby clothes.

If you prefer to cook in the comfort of your own place, you can make use of the kitchen facilities, which include a dishwasher, kettle and an oven. It was an excellent apartment. Everything was thought. Washing machine, dish washer, ironing equipments, kitchen and small kitchen machines were in the apartment for long stays. It was also clean and newly renovated. Additionally location of the apartment was very near to first Vienna and you can reach everywhere by walking. Thanks a lot for the supporting app also. I liked everything-the location, the size of the family apartment, the cleanliness, the facilities within the apartment complex, the food.

All guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. The studio was clean and comfortable, furnished with everything you need for a short term stay. The price is quite reasonable for such nice accommodation. Would very much recommend!

The apartment is perfectly located - between two metro stations. It’s situated by a beautiful bridge, where you can take evening walks. Close to a shopping center and a restaurant district. There’s a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, decorated stylishly. The sleeping area is cozy, and the pull-out sofa had an extra mattress that made it feel like a real bed. In front of the building, there’s a vending machine with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks for everyone, and something for adults as well. Excellent communication with the owner. Rating 11/10!!!
