A perfect location with views to die for from every single one of the many windows (upriver, downriver, vineyards, a ruin that is lit up at night), convenient to a grocery store and many restaurants and cafes, easy parking, and for those who want it, a bus stop and a ferry across the river both close by. A very kind and considerate host who also makes various products from his own orchards and pairs his commitment to tradition with a modern approach in both hosting and producing various drinks and foods from local fruit

Apartment was in a great walking distance location from city center. It already amazes you the view from the hill on the street and then the building itself. Apartment offers everything someone needs for a stay plus much more. It even has umberallas, table games, basic/not-basic spices, coffees, radio, and much more. This apartment is like the Dubai hotel Burj Al-Arab - even though there are only 5* for rating hotels, that one is considered 7*. And same applies to this apartment - maximum is rating 10 but I am giving it 15! :)

The property has city views and is 37 km from Melk Abbey and 7.1 km from Dürnstein Castle. Herzogenburg Monastery is 22 km from the apartment and Ottenstein Castle is 39 km away. the apartment is located very close to the city center, the park, the caricature museum and the art museum, the commercial area. Access to the upper floors is only by stairs. We were lucky that our apartment was on the 1st floor. The kitchen is well equipped. Bonus were enough coffee capsules, tea bags, some bruschetta, chips, peanuts. We didn't use it. There were even bags of ice cubes in the freezer.
