And about the parking – the listing says there isn’t any. Reality? Total luxury! Yes, it’s on the street, but literally right in front of the apartment door. I’d honestly call that “private parking.” Of course, for this price, don’t expect the Hilton or that crazy hotel in Dubai. But what you do get is far better: a homely atmosphere, peace, and absolutely spotless cleanliness. Coming from the army, I’m used to strict order – and here? Unbelievable. Not a single speck of dust, not even on the picture frames. Overall: beautiful, authentic, welcoming – with the bonus of a lively location. Highly recommended.
