The studio is located right in the heart of Innsbruck, so everything was within reach, from sights to restaurants and the train station. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

It could easily sleep 6 adults. The views from both floors is stunning. The deck is a lonely addition to have.

Very tastefully done up. They compiled a list of places which was most useful in deciding high quality options for food and drinks.

The studio room was amazing, the gym had everything I need, the spa and sauna area provided everything you could wish for and especially for hiking it is an absolutely amazing add-on to receive the Stubai Pass to use the buses along the whole valley to get to the amazing hikes available.

The air-conditioned apartment is composed of 1 separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a toaster, and 1 bathroom. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

We were able to take 2 cable cars to the top of the mountain and hike around. There were also a lot of great restaurants that were reasonably priced.

Depot for ski and snowboard with a dryer for boots is a must-have. Literally several steps from the lift, always first on the slope.
