The apartment was beautifully designed, and we loved how spacious it was. The bed was super comfy, and we were happy with the breakfast. We only stayed for two nights but could easily see ourselves staying longer. The kitchen was also well-equipped - it had everything from utensils to a kettle, a coffee capsule machine, pots, a stove, and even a fridge!

No hassle booking. The host was very friendly, english speaking perfectly. The apartment is modern and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view is beautiful and overlooking the nearby lake. It was a 10 minute walk to the lake and all amenities. Complimentary coffee & tea, plus mini bar. Would definitely recommend it

Clean and big room. Comfortable beds, kitchen/bathroom accessories were available. View from the windows very wonderful. Big windows were really good during a hot day. Location is not very far from the city center, interspar close by and there was in-house parking available for 5€.

The apartment was far larger than we expected, and had everything we could have wanted. It had a capable kitchen, and was only a short walk from a great food store. The town was enjoyable and relaxing, and the hostess was exceptionally kind. We would be happy to visit again! Thank you

The host was kind. I liked that there was a kitchen and dining table so we could eat whatever breakfast we wanted. The apartment was spacious. There was a hair drier which came in handy.

Location was really nice, very close to everything u might need in Velden, apartment was very nice, big,, clean, furnitured, host was very helpfull with every request we had. Washmaschine was a nice surprise, helped us a lot. Closest shop(billa) is about 30 seconds walk from apartment. We were able to cook everything we needed in the kitchen, digestor not working tho.Very close to center of Velden, which was our priority in choosing accomodation.

Lovely little rooftop apartment located centrally, close to the lake but also the downtown area. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and it’s there are lovely cafes nearby at the Lendkanal. Gert is a responsive host and was friendly and helpful. We were already expecting the place to be hot as one can see in the pictures that it’s a rootop place, but there is an airconditioner and a large fan, both together are not quiet but cooled the place down to a comfortable temperature

The whole feel of the location, charming, quiet but not over the top so. The owner was realy friendly, the room includes tickets to the beach at the lake. The room was wery clean, the kitchen area small but adequate. The bed was realy good, not the "cheapest possible" as you can find occasionaly. All in all - will probably return in the future.
