Located in the centre of Innsbruck, H5 Grauer Bär Studios & More is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Loved the spa, was great to come back to after a day out. Breakfast was good and room was nice.

The property features mountain and city views, and is 38 km from Großglockner / Heiligenblut. The apartment has family rooms. The location was ideal. Walking distance from the train station and right at the start of the pedestrianised zone. The river was not far and I could see the surrounding hills/mountains from the window. The room was finished to an extremely high standard and was comfortable and homely. It was useful to have cooking facilities and the dishwasher was a nice treat. The automatic check-in screen/keycard dispenser worked fine.

Pradl elf my- apartment features certain units with mountain views, and rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. The units will provide guests with a fridge. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. Everything was PERFECT from check in till check out. The room is very same as shown on the booking.com site. They gave us Innsbruck Travel Pass which I could use in public transport for free. They also help me with the direction & bus to reach their place from the train station. I would recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing hotel, rooms and facilities. Friendly staff helped with everything. Amazing underground parking and delicious breakfast and coffee. Best views from the rooms.

A change of bed linen and towels, as well as additional toilet paper, can be requested at a surcharge. The location was perfect. You exit the ski room and you are basically on the ski slope. The whole complex is perfectly clean including the spa, ski room and the room itself. Rooms are cozy, very well furnished and clean! Our room also had sauna in it so we didn’t use the public spa much. One of the best price to performance hotels i have ever been to. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10, would recommend.

We were 3 families staying for 12 days in total. We have enjoyed each minute spent in the hotel. The ambiance, the comfort, the view. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Plenty of activities for all ages (3 generations of our family). I would highly recommend free classic concerts in the concert hall of the neighboring Hotel Europa or on the nearby square.
